Important Information

December 15, 2022

This year legislature passed House Bill 8 into law that takes effect January 1st, 2023 and begins adding sales tax to certain new services.  One of those services are utilities if the consumer has more than one residential account.  There have been many questions asked about who should and should not fill out the new exemption form.  We have created a Frequently Asked Questions page for your convenience that you can access HERE.  We have also created an online Exemption Form that you can fill out on your smartphone, tablet or PC and submit to us.  Click HERE to access the online form.  Please read the FAQs before submitting a form.  Most existing accounts are grandfathered in and are not required to submit a form.
